Morale is the level of enthusiasm, discipline, enjoyment, conviction, commitment ? or lack of these qualities ? that a person brings to their job.
Morale influences productivity, performance, employee theft, turnover, absenteeism, employee-related law suits, internal conflict, customer service ? your bottom line.
